Scan your student quizzes into a PDF, and the program helps identify students, extract their scores, and organize the results into a Google Sheets gradebook. Teachers can review and correct results before anything is added to the gradebook.
The program runs locally on your computer—student quizzes, names, and scores are not uploaded to an external server. Google integration connects directly to a gradebook owned and controlled by you.

In the folder you unzipped, run QuizProcessingSystem.exe . On the first run, you may need to authorize elements of the program. Each will need to be approved in order for the program to work. Full video here.
You can create rosters locally, or you can connect to Google Sheets (recommended) to house a master roster and gradebook for the program to access. Kevin recommends using one tab of the google sheet for each course you teach, with the heading "Name" in cell A1. So, if you have three periods of 8th grade math, you can put all three periods on the same sheet. You can use additional columns for other student data like ID numbers, period, grade level, etc. Full video here.

On the homepage of the program are several quiz templates for your use. These templates are all Microsoft Word documents because math (what Kevin teaches) is much easier to write in Microsoft Word. You will need to use mail merge to pre-fill quizzes with student names. For each section or topic, include a score box area with the valid student scores. Full video here.

Most photocopiers can scan the work pretty fast and either email you a pdf or allow you to save a pdf to a thumb drive. I find, the photocopier at my work can save about 110 pages (one sided) of student work. This pdf should be section specific. For example, I save the front side of my 3 eigth grade math classes as one pdf, and the back side of those same three classes as another pdf. Those match perfectly with the google sheet I've setup. The program will allow you to map where student names and scores are on each page of the pdf. It will find the circled score and create a gradebook-like database of the names and scores for each section.. Full video here.
If you connect with google sheets, you can sync the grades there. All grades will go in new columns, with the given section name. Or, you can export grades to a .csv or .xlsx file for local use.
You just skipped all that tedious grade writing for each kid! Hurray!
